i just looked at a map and it looks like the area they're evacuating is about 5 miles from CRASH... definitely close enough to be scary.

Fordyce had lots of smoke on Friday, a yellow haze over the mountians for most the day on the way in:

About half way under control. 8,000 acres. Wind picked up and blew some smoke out.
