How loud is a Lock-Right?

I am trying to decide if I should get a Lock-Right or spend the extra money for the No-Slip. Is the Lock-Right loud enought to warrant the extra money for the No-Slip?

I haven't installed my no-slip yet, but I heard that if you run thicker gear oil that should lesson the noise. Currie & another place use that thicer oil for use in their axles.

Thats exactly what I was going to say. I don't even listen to my radio some of the time and it's not even that noticeable then.

depends. i heard the Dana 44 lockright all the time. I barely hear my Dana 30.
