How can I make paint dry faster??

I'm very tired of waiting for paint to dry. I'm trying to paint my bumper and I can only paint half of it at a time 'cause I have no where to hang it so I can get to all sides of it. So how can I get this crap to dry? I know this has got to be the lamest question ever, but it's really annoying having tons to do and having to wait for the paint to dry. Thanks

Heat. Try one of those Halogen shop lights on a stand. Good thing to have anyway, and you can get pretty good deals on them at places like Sears.
