they arn't HID. just an upgrade lends and bulb.

HID conversions cost about $800. These are not HID, regardless of what the ad says. An HID system needs a ballast (like a fluorescent light) to fire the arc. These are just a fancy halogen replacement that uses a different gas in the bulbs.

False advertising. Someone should report him to eBay.
