Rubicon Express Rebuild/Replacement

Having some issues finding either a rebuild kit or replacement for the flex joint on a RE 1660 adjustable track bar. Am going to try and tighten it and see if that will correct some excessive play, but if that doesn't work will need a backup plan. Anyone have any suggestions for a rebuild kit or a replacement joint? I've spoken with RE support but it sounds like, given the fact that they were bought out, my options from them outside of tightening it are very limited.

Any advice is appreciated!

Is that the small RE joint or the large RE joint? 2” wide or 2-5/8” wide?

It is the 2" wide joint...

I'm 70% sure that those joints are actually made by summit machine. Having owned both summit machine joints and RE joints, they are way similar.

I'd give Summit a call and see if they can sell you rebuild parts.

If you really get in a pinch, I think I have a small RE joint in my shop I can send to ya that should have a good center ball and races.

I have a pair of races, to rebuild one small RE joint, sitting in a bag in my shed. But I am really flaky with putting stuff in the mail. Try tightening what you have and see if that works.
