Today... I successfully drove to work... Without overheating, or spraying coolant from the cracks in my recovery bottle. In 4x4. YESSS.
Replaced the WTF Wagoneer coolant bottle and got the front driveshaft w brandy new u-joint and u-joint straps in all last night. Not that I WANTED to work this morning. But I drove in. And I loved the ride.
That's what I did today.

finished my harmonic balancer replacement, took me four days of two hours ata time! wouldve been a bit easier if i coulda changed out the front crank seal without pulling the timing chain cover. but anways, all is good with no leaks without pulling the oil pan and my old green jeep seems alot peppier! refreshing all the engine grounds might have have made some difference too. anyways, cheers to NAXJA for helping me out!

fixed the tractor! then my friend rolled it, so we had to fix it again.

fixed the clean POS!

finished my carport. It actually has a roof now.

and took the 5-ton for a spin.

Tomorrow: helping friend convert the tractor to EFI, fixing another MJ, maybe start fixing the 5-ton or the red XJ. :dunno:

I did balljoints over the weekend. Followed that up with replacing valve cover gaskets in my buddy's camry and rebuilding the posi clutch packs in my other friend's mustang.

Then picked up a new-to-me 4.0, my engine stand from a friend's house, and ordered a gasket kit. Going to rebuild that engine and throw it in whenever I get a chance and I'm not relying on the Jeep for DD duties again.

yea it is lol

Yesterday installed HD Offroad shackle relocation boxes and started welding on new rear shock mounts. Today finished installing shock mounts, welded and painted trackbar and installed steering box brace.

Installed a Rugged Ridge SYE this weekend. Also, I received my TNT Y-link upgrade and frame rail stiffenerz on Friday. After the SYE install, I started to strip down the undercoating on the frame so that I can install the stiffeners. Very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the TNT kit. Hope to have everything installed over the next few weeks.

I replaced the light switch on my 00 XJ. two of the prongs where loose, which caused the wire harness for the switch to melt... I have to get the harness and replace that now too. Along with that, I have to replace the hatch latch.
