Well im sort of torn between Colorado and Utah but right now i am leaning toward Colorado. What part though is another. What parts do you live in? Do you like your town/city? If you could move to another town city in co. where would it be? Im a computer guy so i cant find a job in the middle of no where :D

thanks :)

You can try the Western Slope. That way you get both. In Colorado, but only a few miles from Utah. I only live 25 miles from the Utah border(90 miles from Moab), and yet close enough to all the Colorado attractions; Mountains, hunting, sking, Gold Medal fishing. Can't beat it. Dunno about computer jobs. Just a thought for ya.

Im in Castle Rock and I love it!!! Its a perfect sized town (not to big or to little) and has a great mix of older areas and new areas. Everything that you need is here as far as shopping (if you are married tell the wife there is an outlet mall) Denver is only about 20min away and the Springs is about 40 so finding a job shouldnt be too hard. You get a feeling of a small town without the lack of things to do and without the gossip.

pick up a map and take a gander...
if you plan to hit the mountains much (from denver area/suburbs) you'll be driving I-70 west a lot, so i'd look to stay along the front range:
i.e. boulder, arvada, golden, lakewood, morrison, etc. then you're not too far either from jobs in denver, tech center (south), or boulder (north).
otherwise you can jump further south to castle rock and then the springs, or further north towards loveland and ft. collins.

of course there are those freaks who live on the other side of the divide or even <gasp> la junta!
;)

hope this helps.

Well, as for house prices, it aint cheap here in CO. Greeley is not bad however (in respects to Arvada...)

UT has too many Mormons fer me. :D

I can water my grass anytime/all day long(irrigation water is free), wash my jeep, flush the toilets without have the water police on me unlike you front range guys. And I live in town :D
