Help me decide btwn 31s or 32s

A 33" tire will only have to rotate a fraction of the times a 27" tire will for a given distance. So the idea is it requires the engine to turn fewer times in that distance resulting in fewer cycles of the engine and less fuel burned. However it takes more energy to get the tires up to speed due to the gearing.
The engine is a a lower RPM at any given speed than stock so it is not at its most optium performance output while getting up to speed.
Hope that clears things up.
