Headlight switch compatibility

Does anyone know if the headlamp switch changed at all over model years? I'm thinking of swapping a 97 switch into my 93 and need to know if the connectors etc will be the same.

Well, for the record, I found out: the headlight switches changed when the XJ was facelifted, but apart from that they're the same.
