oh and on another note my stupidity know know bounds. I mean I and one dumb mother fuger.

I looked at my orbital a hundrted times after it wouldent turn right. my first thought was I hooked it up wrong. so I checked and doubble checked it and it looked right.

so I buy a new orbital cause I figure this one if messed up and when I got to install it I see I have the right hose hooked up the the tank port on the orbital. so I just spent 500$ for nothing. hopfully psc will take it back.

Lol thanks. I figure considering i have no idea what im doi g its coming out ok.
But it lookes alot better on the interwebs. Then it does in person. Cteunuch can attest to that.

And a tarp and sandbags would keep the jeep dry but wouldent give me a sheltered place to work.

Im building it so its bolt on for now and after moab Ill plate the whole frontend and weld it in and make some wings and maybe a small hoop.

I don't see a difference? Add wings for header panel protection either way..

The part thats shaded white is going to get cut out.

In one i just cut an angle the other i cut an inch off the bottom plus the angle.

x2. Have you tried fitting in the winch in there yet?

With a 6" length, I had to notch one of the 2" walls for the feet of the winch to sit down into.

If it was a 7" length or more I wouldn't have had to do that.

Same. I had to notch and then bridge with other pieces of metal and weld back down to keep some strength in the bumper.

Wish they made 6.5x2 box tube, it'd be perfect.

7 is pretty close though.
