Well its 2x8 so cutting it like the second pic should leave me 6.75".

Im not going to bother with the winch provisions for now.

Thats why im making it bolt on for now. I just need some front recovery points for moab.

Ive been thinking about it and im just going to angle the corners. I can always cut some off the bottom later when i instal the winch.

Iv been experimenting with pre-heating the metal with the torch for added penetration with my wimpy welder and I think its been working pretty well

2nd Xmember/Belly skid

New King Pin washers

Install new Rad

Remove AC Condenser

2x6 Rocker

Plastic windows

I can come up there early if you need a hand at all. Where are you putting plastic windows? Thought everything but the back hatch was intact?

I looking for something that will stand up 70mph for 32hrs. Idk if mr. glad is up to that task.

I already replaces the side glass with plexy since the last post. now Im trying to get what lest of the glue and glass off the hatch.
