GUNS & AMMO

Hey guys:wave:, new to the state and looking for some places to shoot in the Boulder area. I've done some searching online and I can only find a list of places that are currently closed for shooting (i.e Left Hand Canyon, etc)

If anyone could point me in the right direction or wants to do some shooting, let me know!

I've been informed it's hers now ....

Need a few pointers on painting a gun. I'm getting the wife a Glock 19 and want to make it a bit more girly by by painting some parts purple. I know, but it will make her happy, which makes my life easier.

Thanks guys

Seems to me this affects DIRECT sales between the U.S. and Russia.... right?

If say a european country were to buy several of these and offer them to the world market, would I be able to buy one that way? Meaning, say a German or Italian firearms international dealer had one, I could still buy it through them.... right?

After trying to read through the big-word mumbo-jumbo on the US Treasury's website, it seems that direct purchases, and purchases that have debt assigned to them (as in received orders of guns not yet fully paid for in inventory) are prohibited to be sold.

As I'm interpreting this..... another country that has paid for/owned inventory can still sell Kalashnikov products to consumers in the U.S.

Any shops on us with inventory not owned outright cannot sell those firearms. They must be 100% owned prior to effective date to be allowed to be transferred and sold. Same for private party. Which makes me think you are correct about the 3rd party thing Troy. Be interesting to see how that would pan out.

I'm betting the same rules apply to this situation as the Cuba trade embargo. Can't buy Cuban cigars from Cuba or anybody else outside of the US. Of course you can't buy those cigars inside the US either, so it is a bit different.

Sounds like ANOTHER poorly written, unenforceable gun law written by people with no understanding of firearms, that will only serve to punish law abiding citizens.
