I didn't know Rusty's made their own tie rod ends.
How bad does it max out while drooping the right front?

I'll have to dig around for a photo but not too bad. We were up at McCaslin Mountain and he was trying to get his unlocked 31" tired rig out of a mud pit when it snapped. I doubt Rusty makes his own tierod ends. It's probably out sourced to the cheapest bid.

His HD track bar uses a bushing in double shear.

mine too, at wal-mart.........

I had a HD BEND on me, it was because I didn't tighten down the Jam nut. Dumb mistake and entirely my fault. Replaced it with a new HD and its been fine ever since.

TRE's break, Heims break, Always carry spares.
