Hey somebody had to provide some carnage for the group. Now I can say I'm contributing something to the events.

260 joints are the bomb! :explosion

Give me a $1000 and I'll happily run RCV's.:rof:

This pic makes me chuckle. I can't believe the PREZ didn't delegate someone to remove those lug nuts for him.

Come on guys it's the PREZ. Get in there and get that big man off the ground!

Actually a big "Thank You!!!!" goes out to the guys in my group...they all pitched in and helped get everything back together.....both times. Dumb me ran off and forgot my 36mm socket and 13mm, 12 point socket. Both are critical items for removing broken axle shafts.

You need to ask Dan how his Mac ratchet held up trying to remove the unit bearing axle nut? :explosion We ended up running the unit bearing and stub down to White Co. Farmers Co-op in Sparta (free plug) for them to use an impact gun to remove the nut.

Not suspenders..... five point harness shoulder belts.

Know the difference, it may save your life, or hold your pants up.:twak:

So what if there are a lot of pics of Betty... you guys want more XJ pics then more XJs have to be there. Over half of the signed up group backed out or couldn't make it at the last second. There were only 6 jeeps there for the entire trip, and ONLY 4 of those were XJs. Brian showed up in his XJ for a bit on Saturday too...

So, if you are complaining about the lack of pictures, then maybe you should have came and joined us. I hope for a better turnout on the next one, as this one was quite pitifull as far as attendance goes.

Changed my sig to reflect the statement above.

No problem with Betty's or the General's pics being up there either. At least there is Jeep sheet metal on both of them.

looks like a good time, hope to make the next one. in the middle of build up v3 for the xj...so its back on jackstands ha.

dan your xj looks really clean on those boggers, definitely come a long way.

Great attitude there... that'll make people wanna get business from ya...
:explosion

Good thing i didn't go, you probably would have pissed me off like you did in Harland..

Mark

It's not what you wheel, it's that you wheel.

Well looks like a great time, I'm jealous of all who got to attend.I finally got off the All terrains that held be back during the crawl. I scored a 4.5 rough country setup and some Buckshots from a local looking for better gas mileage. And during the WITC Halloween ride I sheered some spider gears on slick holla and bent a tie rod on cherokee hill. So I should be locked front and rear in the next 2 weeks. I'm looking forward to the next ride!!!

Can't we all just get along?

Tyler.... some of us wanted to be there but could not, myself most of all. Give jeepgeek a break if he couldn't be there and wanted to see pics of XJs.

Jeepgeek.... It really doesn't matter if the first batch of pics was more buggy, less XJ,...... page 2 has more XJ less buggy. Doug was wheeling with Tyler and took pics and posted them first.
Tyler does alot for this club and its members, can you cut him a little slack?

Lets see some more pics of everything!!!! I'm still pissed that my junk was broken and we missed it all!

I will have pix up tomorrow, my wife has been catching up on homework for nursing school and takes up most of our bandwidth.

On another note, Ed didn't have the only carnage Saturday! I ripped off my Flowmaster 40 series on that section you see on page two... my Jeep sounds like a tractor now!!!!

I think my comment was misunderstood. Its hard to detect voice tone online. I was just saying I wanted more people to be able to come is all. Im not bashing those that didn't make it, as Im sure most WANTED to be there. Sometimes its just not possible though. There are lots of pics of every jeep that was there. If you guys don't want to see me or my "junk" then I guess I could always drop my sponsorship and leave the forum... if that's what you guys want. I just thought that encouraging people to attend events was what we were supposed to do but in all seriousness I don't want to piss anybody off. We do this stuff for fun and its more fun when your friends can enjoy it with you. Oh well, I guess you just can't satisfy some people, ain't that right Mark?

I had a cool picture of Betty on Bounty Hill, but I wont make you look at another buggy picture.
