Grand Total was $660.00 Raised. We spent $160.00 on dinner. Is there anyone else that we need to pay back? Ryan said that they had left over cards and paper so we did not need to pay for that right Ryan? So if we dont have anyone else to pay back we made a $500.00 profit.

Steve, how much do we have in the account?

I'm wondering if we should give National it's 75.00 and put 400.00 toward the Caanan fund with a 400.00 match from National. My biggest concern is funding the Christmas party.

The cost of paper is so minor we aren't worried about it. Cards were free to begin with.

Actual Balance in the account is $742.85 - $75 for national is $667.85 - $400.00 for Cannan Mt = $267.85

This money has to be used for the Christmas party and to set up coats. I think Ryan was calling someone today to see what an embrodery cost would be. I should get a call back today on patches if we have to go that route. Minimum order is 100 patches. It wuold be nice to have enough money in the account to be able to at least pay the artwork set up fees before having to round up the money for the coats. Maybe we should wait until we can see what the prices would be until we decide. Unless you want to do $300.00 to cannan mt and that would leave us a good cushion to work with. National would still match another $300.00


National gets there money, Cannan mt gets a $600.00 chunk and we actually have money in our account for once.
