Date... Im thinking the 21st-24th

It should be the weekend before school starts.

Raffle items. Josh and Israel...Im sure both of you have seen the fiaso that has came of sponsorship. Looks like we are on our own for this one(which is perfectly fine by me)

A change in the way it was run. Last year we had cards in every can. I think this year we are going to do colored paper that will be specially embossed in each can. Each stash will have its own color. When people pull cards...or colored paper out of each cash they will bring it back and we will have a box with for each cash with cards in. When they turn their hands in they can reach in and pull out a card. This will ease worries of cheating.

I also want to set up a special challange this year. Kind of an extra credit run.

It would be all at night and it would be set up a lot like the reflector cash that we did last year. I'm still working on details.

Josh...if you guys agree on the date will you have woody or Randy set it up so we can get rolling on it?

Looks good to me. I might camp or I might sleep comfortably again down the road, depends on the wifes wishes

Ryan, do you and Dave want to Mod that forum or you and me or you and Israel?
I would like to mod it. Don't care if you guys want to be on it too. Im not around that much. Might be a good idea to have someone who is in front of a computer more then me.

I kind of need mod powers to change different things as far as trails or what not. (guess we aren't doing trails but you know what I mean)

Do we still have a lead on some NAXJA letterhead? I'd like to start hitting up some of the Utah County vendors while they still have time to mull it over. How has Six States in Orem been for us in the past?

I think Dave had something drawn up last year. Should be easy as a .doc file or something.
