FS: 98' XJ 2 dr, 5 speed, 2" lift 135K miles

O.k. everyone, but Scott, I'm building my 5.9L ZJs because it's rare to see a Grand Cherokee built on the trails, the 5.9L was the best Jeep ever made after the Rubicon Wranglers, and the interior in the 98' 5.9L is the best period and way ahead of its time. It took 10 years for another SUV to beat it in the quarter mile from the factory. :laugh3:
More power too ya! 10x the price, 10x the headache BUT 10x as unique as an XJ.

I got my deep slate 5 niner for $2,700 with 220K miles but runs and looks good.
Got my white 5 niner with 135K miles for $3,500.

I agree that long arms are very expensive X2 for the ZJ, but the interior, power, wheelbase, not low price of a ZJ...especially the rare 98' 5.9L only 14,243 made. Make them very tempting to build. You also don't see many ZJs on the trails, but probably will more now. I love XJs and always will but 96-98' ZJs are very hard to resist! :D

Buy it before I build it and want more! :confused1

Mods in the near future could be Ford 8.8/LP30 both with 3.73 gears, total of 4" lift with 33x10.50x15 TSL radials.

That would bump her up to $4K though. :sunshine:
