They have them at wal-mart. Most people have a wal-mart near them. Also, they are only like 5 bucks there. They also sell OEM motorcrapft for the ford folks shich I would run in the wifes Focus but they don't carry it for that so I use the super-trash or whatever brand that costs like $250 LOL.

WHERE ?!??!?!? the only filters I see in our area, whitehall and north hampton crossings, are Fram, they carried Mobil-1 for a while then they vanished but not before I bought a even dozen. When I stopped at the crossings last week the filter isle was all ORANGE.

idk how you guys could use anything but full synthetic =) i run royal purple's 10w40 and royal purples oil filter... it says its good for up to 12000 miles.

also i have noticed that the K&N filters leave that black residue inside its intake tubes, i dont think my AEM dry flow air filter leaves that same residue, ALTHOUGH i havent pulled apart my honda civic's intake tube lately either. i like my aem setup, its a quick clean and no oil needed with it, i think i want to do a setup like dirt bikes do with their uni filters then put like a pre filter over it or maybe a panty hose, to stop the bigger dirt first.

Chances are you could run with NO filters and not have issues too.
