Freak acquitted on all counts...

I can hear it know " HEY OJ I WON CALL ROBERT BLAKE LETS HAVE A SLEEP OVER AT THE RANCH"

Unbelievable

They should put those parents on trial

Lot of you may hate this, but I agree with Bob, there's something fishy about letting your kids hang out (no pun intended) with a suspected child molester, no matter how famous he is. It almost sounds like the jurors didn't trust the mother if I heard it right!

Did anyone by chance see the commentary by the jury after the proceedings? Biggest batch of mutants I've seen on television.
"We went in there and did what we had to do because they told us we had to... so we did" *clap*
"He's not just a superstar, he's human too"

The things they were saying were giving me headaches, and I can't believe this freak is getting off this easy. Who is his fan base? This guy is a freak, hasn't had a hit in years, but for some reason, thousands flock to the court house to let a white dove free for every "not guilty".

"I was setting doves free because Michael represents the human race in general, and is so kind...."

*That's when I changed the station on my deck

ignant fools

And I'll be the guy in the back of the crowd with a 12ga, making the doves go poof......PULL!!! How's that for symbolism?

What a circus freak sideshow.....and a mockery of the judicial system. Michael already plead guilty by paying off numerous families who's children were abused at Freakland.....parents who were willing to put their child in harms way and then profit from it......they are all a bunch of retarded, demented freaks.

...BOB
Agree on half of that. I hope the parents get nada.
Talk about sick fux. Sending your kid to sleep over at a known RICH pedophiles house is simply pimping him off.
If he does get the $ hopefully it'll go in a trust fund that the parents never get to see.

My favorate line from weekend update on SNL comes to mind.
After OJ was aquitted they led off with, "Well, it's official. Murder IS legal in the state of California."

I thought that every time he showed up LATE for Court without being jailed for contempt. If Joe Average did that, they'd stay for the night at the Graybar Hotel.... What-his-name...Kobe Bryant did the same thing, as I recall.

Re: Freak jury acquitted MJ on all counts...

Acquitted on all counts by a "jury of his peers". Same jury you or I are entitled too.

Is he a FAWKING freak? Yes!!!

Is he guilty? No!!!

Neither were O.J. and Robert Blake. Found not guilty by a "jury of their peers".

We have to accept the verdict as it was handed to us, just as we would have to accept it if it was you being found guilty or not. Want to vent your frustration? Vent it at the jury that found in favor that's opposite of your personal views and beliefs.

Bottom line is this, you have no more proof of his guilt as I do, and we're all...

Michael Jackson is an amazing, wonderfully talented person who just wants to share his gift of music with the children. I don't understand why everyone thinks he is a freak. He only had two plastic surgeries, both of them really small. His skin went white due to vitiligo and everyone is just out to get him. I wish people would just leave him alone and buy his records. I think he's great and I'm proud to have a poster of him molesting a monkey on my bedroom wall...

I heard he was something like 240 million in debt, what is 240 million divided by twelve? They say the jury forman is buddies, with one of the lawyers.

Uh-huh...I'm smart enough to (legally) get out of Jury Duty. How does that make anyone on my jury a "peer" ??

Jury didn't call him innocent, just not guilt of the charges pressed against him, based on how the case was presented.

So...if he isn't guilty does that mean you would let your two daughters hang out at his house if offered?

Do you honsetly think he would have been found not guilty if he didn't have the money to buy the best lawyers on the planet?

I for one do not except the fact that the jury found him not guilty. I didn't accept it when OJ got off and thought that at least there was some justice when the other jury found him liable for damages.

Face it...Jurys are wrong all the time. How many times since DNA testing has become viable have you heard of guys getting out of prison because DNA proved they didn't do it?

More than the money and big name factor...

I honestly think the deciding factor was that the prosecution chose to go thru with the case with a kid with questionable parents...

Facts or no facts...

The bottom line is not wether or not he's guilty or not...

(I think he is..)

It's whose story the jury believed...

prosecution dropped the ball...

pretty simple...

When you got a target that big...

Better make sure ALL your shots are dead on target!

A shame really...

I was really hoping someone would've done a Jeffrey Dahmer on his keester...

Got mop handle?

there was a child advocate interviewed last night who said that a case like this is unfair to the child in that with a no name case the child is almost always believed reguardless of witnesses.

Is that flawed or am I just not getting it???

I agree with Gil. If the prosecution couldn't do any better than they did, the jury really had no choice. They have to vote on the evidence they get. They'd be a rotten jury if they voted MJ guilty because they think he's a freak who hasn't had a hit recently, or even if they just sort of believe he's guilty. Too bad, but if the prosecutor couldn't come up with better evidence and more believable witnesses, the jury is bound by its oath to presume that it is because MJ is not guilty. Sounds much like the OJ trial. Everybody had a pretty good feeling that OJ was guilty, but if the prosecution couldn't come up with anything but crap, then it doesn't matter how much they came up with, or how high they piled it.

I think Jackson is a weirdo and I wouldn't let any kid of mine within a mile of him, but you can't throw him in prison for that.

I have an idea! To solve this problem we can just change our legal code(or whatever contains things like this) from "innocent until proven guilty" to "guilty until proven innocent" the latter sure sounds like fun doesnt it? Obviously the jury didnt see enough to move him from innocent to guilty. Hell if he was automatically guilty and had to prove himself innocent im sure he would be in jail right now droppin the soap for a rough trick named jimbob. The prosecution had to prove that he in fact did the things he was accused of and that there was no doubt in the jurors minds he did.

The sad thing is, im sure kids will end up stayin at this weirdos house....

EDIT- He made Thriller!! There is no way he touches little boys!:)

Can't believe I'm posting on this thread...

I agree with Gil, TRNDRVR, and Matt. It was the prosecution's job to prove BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT that he was guilty of the charges. They had to prove absolute 100% guilt. Which they could not do.

As long as the defense is able to instill the tiniest amount of doubt in the jurors' minds, a defendant can NOT be found guilty. Same as the OJ and Blake trials. There was the slightest possibility that all three of these guys were innocent. And that's all that's needed. That is how our judicial system works.

It doesn't matter what we think of these people personally. I think they're all guilty. But if you don't have irrefutable proof, they are "innocent". Accept it and move on.
