Forum says I havent agreed to the rules

When I registered, something didn't work, and it's saying I dissagreed to the naxja terms of use. I can't access the rest of the site.

Can someone direct me to the page where I can agree?

See the title under your username. The site sends out a URL to your email address to confirm your registration. Check your spam folder.
