Currently the next event on the calender is the Aetna ride last weekend of this month.

Ok so I just got off the phone with the lady from Parks and Recreation. We have pavilion #5 from 8-2. We also have the option of having a different pavilion for 3-9 if ya'll rather do this as an afternoon/evening event. I'll be going tomorrow to knock out the paperwork and fees for us. Let me know what ya'll want to do: either start earlier or start at 3pm.

Shrek, I will say that if we take the earlier time we will need to be cleaned up and ready to move out at 2pm. We had a pavillion one time and they booked another group right after us. We had to scoot.

We could meet earlier than 3pm and when the time comes, occupy the pavillion then.

I'm up for whatever time you set. Thanks for taking the initiative to make it happen!

Who: Any fellow off road enthusiast and their friends or family
Activities: Easter Egg Hunt (Kids only), ultimate frisbee, playground, a few group games, and awards.

Set-up and Frisbee 3-4
Easter Egg Hunt: After 4
Cooking during Easter Egg Hunt
Dinner, announcements, and awards at 5pm
More Frisbee and games to follow dinner.
