It's made out of EMT and it's welded.
Mounts to the gutter rails via a yakima roof rack rails i believe is what it is.

Make me an offer or trade.
It came on my jeep and i will never use it.
It has a mount for the spare tire as well though i do not know if i would put one up there. (the past owner did though)

It comes with the lights which all work.

there is nothing wrong with EMT for a roof rack. the problem with making a roof rack from EMT is that it is normally galvanized, and welding galvanized metal puts off very unhealthfull gasses. but since this rack has allready been welded together, i dont see a problem. yes you could use a more expensive thicker tubing made of raw steal, but it will also be much heavier. as long as the EMT rack can hold what you need, i dont see any problem. this one actually looks decent too.

I just googled, sounds like 2stix knows more about it than I, I'd go with his word. :D

Would it work with a HiLift on the side? If so, I would be quite interested...a 60" HiLift doesn't fit very well inside a Jeep.

2stix is correct. I have never seen a roof rack made out of EMT (electrical conduit) that has been made so nice. I have never even seen one welded.

This roof rack also has a hi lift mount on the side of it.

I am in Lake Elsinore.

As in trades just let me know what you have.
I do need front fenders!
Maybe a 10" sub+amp?
Or anything i can use for my Jeep.

I don't know what it's worth so make me a cash offer.

I have a sub and amp. The sub is in a ported box. I also have a pair of pre-trimmed fenders from a 2000. They used to be CrazyJim's before he went fiberglass so you know they're cut well.

Fenders are Chili Pepper red. I'll get pics either tomorrow or the next day, I don' know. :D

To whoever buys/trades for this rack; if you don't use the mounting brackets, shoot me a PM with what you want for them. The mounts on my XJ are in bad shape and need to be replaced. At least this way, whoever buys it can get some cash back on their purchase. (assuming they don't use the yakima mounts)

Sorry for the dirty fender and amp. They will be cleaned before you take receipt. It's all been in the garage for a while now, except the sub and amp. The wife relocated them recently. :D

I might just be interested in the entire rack and not just the mounts. I have been looking for an inexpensive light weight rack for my wifes WJ for a while and this looks like it will work. I really don't want to put out on offer and then offend you if you feel it's too low. Maybe you could just post up a price you are comfortable with. I also have lots of XJ/Jeep stuff I could offer up for a trade.
