okay dokay need to replace a door and can't find the torx bit into the inner bolts is there a trick or a shallow torx bit to fit this???? help

First, make sure you pull the pin on the door check - that will allow you to stress the door open a little further. There are torx bits that fit, but just barely. If you're using a 3/8 inch drive bit, put it in a flex handle rather than a ratchet and you'll gain a little space too.

Try pulling the door too abit, just enough to give you room to ratchet but hold the bit in with pressure up against the frame...
