Best you can do with a lousy counter guy is Bit*h to management. Went into local Advance, guy wouldn't stop texting on his cell phone. I called him on it and he started in with "it's ok, family emergency....hold on....blah blah" I made sure everyone in the store could hear me tell the manager "you see I'm walking out empty handed, and you see why..." E-mailed corporate, they had the store manager call me and offer his apologies and send me a $20 gift card.
In a way I'd just like to walk out and let them figure out why they have no business, but if they go out of business, that is less competition in the parts market; and (I would hope) more competition means perhaps better pricing and service.
