Do you guys think this is salvageable?

I talked with Jimbo and I've claimed some console parts (possibly the whole thing minus the lid)

are the mirrors power or manual? I might be interested in them if they are manual.

I'm guessing they're power and spudly has dibs at the moment

air bag sensor??? All of my sensors have been unpluged on my dodge and are still that way and i drive it every day... i dont see how an airbag sensor will make it where the engine will not run... Maybe jeeps are different but i dont think so since it is all chrysler...

The airbags being deployed have no effect on whether or not the engine will run. Doesn't really matter since you are swapping it into your other rig and using your existing wiring and sensors.

By the look of the kit those arms don't look like they will work in the stock locations. A standard drop bracket drops mounting point fairly vertical, give or take. But by the looks of this kit those arms are of a length between long arms and short arms.

I would think they would need to be run with the brackets or have some made?

What's the plan for tearing this down? I'm not going to be able to make it down to KOH, so I'm available Friday and Saturday morning if you guys need a hand dismantling this.

spudly thanks for the offer! we will be picking it up friday morning and tearing it down in scotts valley on fri. i need to ask jimbo if we need more people, he has two buddies who are already gonna help us, i think, honestly it wont really bother me to have an extra hand....

Looking at the brackets they look like regular ones to me just they extend back further. But we'll know more come Friday...

I have the cash, and I may pick up the front bumper for tenny.

And I hope it won't take too long, I HAVE to be home by 5:30.

don't worry srmitchell, the bumpers will be some of the first things to come off, did you talk to tenny about the bumper? that'd be awesome if you guys could make that work!

well it looks like i no longer need the engine and tranny... My neighbor just told me today that one of his friends parents have a cherokee wagoneer in their back yard. I guess it runs and the tranny is good so im told. I could get the entire vehical for $150!!! So hopefully tomorrow i will be getting it!!!

so in the mean time we are willing to sell stuff off the engine and tranny to make some money back, if you need parts sensors alternator let us know....
