Some updated pics, put on .5" lift shackles and bumpstop plates in the rear, also upgraded to the 3/4 ton tie rod ends on rusty's conversion and welded a plate to the lower track bar mount to prevent wallowed a out hole.

Front works good...now its time to add some suspension travel to the rear to balance the rig out!

my jeep is the same way, massive amount of articulation and travel up front, and in the rear its not even close. I think you are at the limitations of the leafs but I suppose you could try a shackle to get some more droop.

Nice jeep Btw

I just added a .5" lift shackle and there is a block/shim combination made of billet aluminum under there that adds another inch, so I think I am at the end of the rear articulation limit. Although it is flexing much better in the rear than it did before, I can pretty much walk right up that ledge there, I need to find an RTI ramp or a steeper dock to try it on.

here is a pic to show how much the back actually articulates its not bad but could be better :( Wish I had a picture directly from that side, It looks much better

It's more an issue of the rear shackle box design and the angles resulting from lift shackles with the factory springs.

Look around the board at shackle relocations that have been done...the results are great!

I have researched the shackle box info and shackle relocation and would love to do that I just do not have the time right now to make that.

For a while my jeep will be as it is, I am planning a 8.8 rear swap in place of the 29 spline that I have now, so maybe at that time I will do it

Edit: and speaking of shackle angles, my angles with the .5" extension are a little better but not much of a change
