We should plan a deer valley/ slickrock run for those of us who can't make September, or those who aren't ready for the Con.

I vote for mid-July to mid-August...and I do mean the entire month. Or maybe just a weekend in there somewhere. Oh yeah, no lowered Jeeps allowed.

I wasn't trying to complain about not being able to go to the Con, but I do agree with making the Deer Valley thing an annual event!

Saturday August 13th is a full moon. This is also the same weekend as one of the Jeep Jamboree's on the Rubicon.

Seems like the Chapter BOD is a bit distracted by personal issues, which is just the way things go sometimes with volunteers. 2 years is a big commitment and we need to support them however we can.

So this leaves the general membership to organize the run.

Let's make it happen. I can help, but I haven't been on either of these trails before.
