Hope this helps someone. I pulled a beautiful D30 from a '95 XJ, non-disco, non-ABS w/ 4.10's, with the 297 joints, in it from a U-pull here in VA, but didn't notice that the pass. side LCA was damaged. I've since pulled another one, but I "hid" that one in the junkyard in case I couldn't find one. My gain is someone else's gain, I guess.
It's in excellent shape, but it will need a new LCA welded on. For a fact, I know the yard charges $84.99 with a $25 core charge ->$118.65 total with tax. It's there for the taking, for cheap, if someone can use it. Let me know and I can give you directions to the place. Like I said, it's in great shape other than the bracket, and it's already pulled out. Can't beat the price if you can go pick it up....
