i don't have to tell you, craiglist's search engine is so rudimentary. by contrast, ebay's search allows you to set search parameters, save your searches and recieve notifications, and does not limit you to location.

i'd like to find software that does this, and i know there are some programs out there. does anyone here use craiglist's search software? what do you use? do you like it?

Use "searchtempest.com" it seacrhes Craigslist over a wider area and uses a more sophisticated engine.
