I'm jealous. That sounds like fun. I need to get in at least one more run soon. Might do Barrett lake in a couple weeks. I haven't been, but I'd like to go see the old plane crash site and check out the lake.

we are wheeling from spider to rubicon springs friday.

chilling out saturday, and possibly wheeling out to tahoe saturday night now,

I belive gordon and doc moe have to be back saturday night? Lou and I might just head out with them and maybe hit up south lake.

Okay, I think I'll try to head up Thursday then. I don't have any lights mounted for night crawling, but I'll make due.
Hey Gordo, how you doing with the tent? I have 2 smallish ones, a 3 person dome and a 4/5 (?) person part dome thing. I can bring both if you still need one.

Thanks rob. Im going to swing by a few places tonight i find one. I need a new tent anyway. The two person we have is barely big enough for my girls. We just got a nice new rei kingdome 6 with the garage attachment but its huge. Need a 3 person with a good rain fly for just me and steph adventures.

If i dont end up grabbing one ill give you a call rob.

Since we are going to the springs Friday I would highly recommend to wheel in with the group versus coming in solo- if its your first time on the con. if you have ran it before I would still highly recommend going with the group but at least you know what you are getting into -

Yeah, I thought about going up early Friday morning, but realized I'd just be trying to play catch-up all day and going in solo :gee:. I decided Thursday sounds like a much better option.

Ok. I picked up a mountain hardwear tent on clearance at any mountain. Perfect size. So i gtg there.

Did a good once over on the jeep last night. Found the rear drive shaft cv joints were just about cooked. So i swapped in a spare shaft had laying around. Greased all the fittings. Going to see if i can get an oil change today.

Got the fridge fully installed. Packing up tonight and picking up food and stuff tomorrow. Really stoked.
