Connection issues

Sent an email to support and got an automated reply to post here, so here it goes:
Seems that I can't get onto the site unless I go through a proxy? really odd.... I can trace the connection to naxja as far as
car2-1-v2.dllstx2.theplanet.com and then trace dies. Any ideas as to how to deal with it?

Simple, don't hold on to the crayon so hard. Tracing will never work if you tear the paper. Not to mention that if you break your crayon, you're done for good!

Damn.... why couldn't they tell me that in 1st grade? That would have solved so many things!
