Colorado B/S Thread

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Mike, after 11 years of wheeling with me, Sheila told me this summer she isn't that crazy about it. The result? I wheeled 2x/month all summer, 1/2 the time with her, 1/2 the time without. Don't let Yella's balls-in-a-jar-on-the-mantle predicament make you skeered! :)

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Come awn now, y'all know I'm kidding....... to a degree......... :D Heather is probably gonna pimp-slap me the next time she sees me.......

My wife does enjoy 'wheeling and actually prefers the short trails that take 6 hrs. Her continuing foot injury/surgery fail issues are what have been keeping her out of the pass. seat these days. She's actually very supportive of my hobby/interests........ but I still wouldn't want her to be the tow rig owner.......... :D

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Sheila's enthusiasm will greatly increase when I get running water on the trailer, and a suitable "shitter" :helpme:

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Get a tarp, a bucket, and one of those hitch mounted toilets!

that is actually one of the alternatives, but probably not the one we'll end up with, since one would then essentially be shitting right outside the front "door" to the trailer .;)

Re: The Colorado BS thread

I would rather be shitting right outside the door of the trailer, than in the trailer!:passgas:

you are officially not allowed in my trailer. :nono:

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Damn! If I would have known that I would have made that last trip to your trailer more memoriable!:shhh:

sicko. no more JZ for you.:conceited

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Hmmm, really roughing it there Hurley. LOL

Re: The Colorado BS thread

so I crawl under the rig to day to tighten up my RE joints which are chirping like giminy friggin cricket, again... notice the center pin on my driverside leaf is resting on the axle tube. Hmmmm, I don't think that's the way that supposed to be, although it helps explain the box o bolts sounds the rig has been making... I get back there and find (1) the drivers side rear shock lost its upper mount and is flopping about; (2) the center pin has been fubar for a while, cause all the threads that would make it tight again are completely friggin mashed; (3) I need some new u-bolts as well, as a couple of the bolts were far looser than they should be, and the threads are boogered to the point I can't tighten them back down.

Maintenance rant off. :helpme:

Factory shock mounts, or BPE's? Mine are factory and my passenger shock mount did the same thing. BPE here I come.

my old sway bar mounts converted to BPEs... IDK wtf happened... apparently some sort of FrankZ-ford tranny-chevy tranny-karmic-implosion on the drivers side of my rig... ;)

Re: The Colorado BS thread
