Been a while since dad and I had our FFL and sold but for civiies and not law enforcement you had to have an 18" barrel unless it could be classified as a pistol. This shotgun would have to be considered a Class 3 according to the firearms act of 1934 and you would have to go through all this trouble to buy it.
Although if you are going through all that trouble and spend all that money I would get a select fire weapon instead.
Always wanted a .50cal........................Good varmint rifle!

Technically a pistol can not have a stock or front grip.
Sorry the county record of my gun purchases is about all I can handle. Registering is not in my game......................

I consider myself someone who is open minded and somewhat cultured.
I love inspiring art, (no I am not gay), my wife paints beautiful abstract art. However every once and a while I run across art in some form that makes me go;
