Tore out the manifolds today after work. Need to replace the MAP sensors vaccum line. Clean TB and intake manifold .. exhaust is cracked in a scrappy spot. I don't really have the funds right now to spring for a new one. Although I really should. Going to do the motor mount too. As you can see it got a bit toasty. Hopefully find some 703 injectors for this thing this weekend too And the ground cable is shot.

Just think when its all done you will be stoked! Just weld the manifold for now . You can always replace it later down the road.

Clean that manifold up around where it is cracked and weld it up best you can. Really the only thing you can do other than buy a new one.

Who has built their own stand for the jd2 bender? Need a little info and measurements if anybody has. Or even if you bought the one from jd2

I WOULD recommend 1/4 inx 2 inch tube about 33-36 tall. Use about 8*8 inch bottom mounting plate and bolt it down to floor. I am so glad I installed the swag offroad bender mount, so you can rotate bender around if something is in the way. And something will be in the way sooner or later. Woah that is cheap and seems pretty useful! Thanks. I do already have some 2x3 1/4" tube about 3' tall. And I have 1/4" plate but it's only about 6" wide.

small update.. welded on my little $30 "truss". It's 1/4" flat plate.
Also cut off the rear wheel well pinch seam and folded the wheel well up to my quarter armor then sealed it with some shizzzz..it looks much more proportional to the front fender trim now. also straightened out my cut n fold 2x2 cut it off and lined it up with the bumper on this time... Came out nice the pic might look odd. I only had some gloss black around.
