collection of jeep stuff(build/blog)

As for the TB and drag link that's as good as it gets.. I gave everything a once over that I took apart from the locker install and it all seems well.

This isn't a pee your pants wobble, I've had that in the past. its pretty mild and somewhat
occasional.
I didn't throw in those bbs from HD off road I have because I read mixed reviews. but tire balance I guess isn't out of question

I think I may have found the problem looks like my upper control bushing has shifted over a bunch. Probably time to do those anyways as they look to be starting to crack.

Yayaya been a minute since I've posted back up on this.

I've since:
New timken hubs and bearings
Adjusted alignment
Installed front fox 2.0 shocks with bpe's
Rear bilstein 5125s with bpe
Got a longer driveshaft and now have 2 spares
Added a steering stabilizer
Flushed coolant yesterday

Still need to:
Flexplate
oil pan gasket and RMS
Bleed brakes
Do rear drum brakes
Drop tank drain gas and clean it out and install new filters
Find out where air is getting into my power steering
Install the Qp armor

Ahhhh the love of owning a jeep.
I feel like it's a BOAT
Bring Out Another Thousand

they turned out super duper badass.
got them all welded up & bolted on, just need to clean them up & squirt paint on them.
only a little blood was shed & fortunately for me it wasn't mine.

Yessir! Tim you're the man as always and I'm grateful to know you!

Took a ton of pics sorry if some are kind of big

Got the bottoms all mounted on and the top piece I had bent at an ironworkers shop in Santa Cruz

The lower portion of the quarter guards are FLAT so we put our brains to work and came up with some redneck ingenuity to make a small roll to line it up with the body curves!! Worked like a charm!

Also had to do some trimming to the top portion so it lined up with the body

We had already bent the DOM the previous time I was out there
Lined it up and tack'd it on!

Needs to get cleaned up, sanded, primed, and painted Stone White but these things are SEXY

These are by far the coolest thing on my jeep!
Tim did such great work and his attention to detail and work ethic is amazing. Once again he comes through!

And all you need to bring him is FISH! Ya fish! He'll do just about anything for salmon!

That looks amazing. Can't wait to see the finished product in white. Should be a cool contrast.
