COATS

Your opinion does not matter only Ryans!!!!!

I'll go back to my corner now. :D

How many do we anticipate we will sell immediately? I'm guessing no more than 30. Something to keep in mind.

I'll get the name of the person Tami's father uses for his work shits.
I think they are in Kaysville.

Ooops, is that to close to Ryan...

Here is the best deal that I have found.

I think that this is probably the best deal that I have come across.
This is the NAXJA logo 5" above the top line on the back of the jacket and Naxja intermountain chapter on the front left side.

At these prices we could get started on them right away.

What do you poeple think?

Hi Steve,

The prices below are just an estimate. We won't be able to actually quote the price until it is digitized. Once digitized, I would expect the prices to stay about the same or maybe even go down. I wouldn't expect them to be higher.

1 - 23 pieces = $15.15 ea
24-47 pieces = $14.55 ea
48-96 pieces = $13.20 ea
The digitizing can be done for a flat rate of $42. So even though this is a complicated image, it won't be more than that. Remember that this is a ONE TIME charge, so any repeat orders would be just the embroidery cost.

There are a couple of things, as far as embroidering this, you should be aware of. One is we would have to lose some of the detail in areas like the some of the tread in the tires, rim details, the shadow under "NAXJA" and maybe a few lines here and there in the grill. Not enough to really change the look of the art. We can provide a sew out of it before we get started for you to approve. One possible thing we can do to reduce the price a little bit would be to not do a fill on the outer ring, and just let that be the jacket color. That would be about the only place that we could reduce the stitch count without it making the image look weird. But if you're fine with the prices, I would just leave it as a filled stitch.
Let me know if you would like to go ahead and get the digitizing done and we can get it started. I will be going out of town this afternoon around 3. I will be back to work on Tuesday.

I have also attached a different mockup for you to look at. We look forward to working with you.

Would they charge us digitizing fee if we were to have them make a "sew out" and we didn't like it? The pricing is fantastic, I hope their quality is just as attractive.

We would have to pay the price for the digitizing, but then we would get it on CD so if we ever wanted to go somewhere else, we would have it and not have to pay the artwork fee. Everywhere else said that they would not give us the file.

They would do a Sew out for no cost so we could make a decision. With those prices if we sold the coats for say $35 a peice, we could get started with the money we have now and the coats could generate the money for the cannan nt fund and our Christmas Party.

Absolutely! Steve's going to talk to the guy on Tuesday. Even if we don't like his work, we can take that cd to someone else and skip their digitizing fee.

Digitizing has been ordered, we should recieve a Sew Out by Friday or Monday at the latest.

Still call, we are not committed yet. We are just getting the digitizing done and if the price is right we will go with them unless we can get it done better somewhere else

We are looking at the sew out. 30000 stitches

What is the verdict?

I think that we should get going for the price that we got. I vote YES!

put it in a different photo bucket album...one that doesn't contain the name NAXJA...it will work better. :D

Considering the price is affordable and we don't have much time to look at other options, lets go with this one and get a bunch done. I'll take 5 in an XL size. :D
