Not really sure where to post this but here goes.
My friend has an '86 CJ-7 w/ 258 and a T-4 or T-5 not really sure. The pos Carter BBD has crapped out yet again and we were wondering if anyone knows of a reliable and economical replacement 2 barrel. Also I'm trying to replace the power steering resevoir and can't seem to figure out how to remove it from the pump. He bought a new AGR pump and box for it but the resevoir has a leak. Lastly can anyone give me a rough estimate on how much a 4.0 HO head swap would be? He can't live with a carburated engine so I need a figure to give him to let him know that it's not financially possible. I was thinking in the neighborhood of $1500.
