Chapter run to Hollister Nov 5th

Hope that incident didn't have anything to do with that... :(

Well no, but she got me back a few years later by sinking my XJ past the headlights in the mud pit at Hollister. She did that while I was with Kernel running tank traps in his rig. Talk about being pissed off.

Maybe I'll need to put my swampers on. Sounds like fun!

I seem to recall you having a minor clutch issue after that trip in the mud. :wierd:
Clutch and the starter! thanks again for the help with that.

I still need to clean out the inside of my junk!

Well if the stars line up just right I might make it out there to shake some bugs off the CAT.

I think you should bring the dog just in case you need to do some trail repairs. :sunshine:

Weather update. According to weather.com, little chance of rain in the next few days. Mostly sunny, 65°/41°

hollister zip code: 95023

sorry to hear that mang. uve got my prayers.

Im out unless farmerboy has me ride to fix his junk when it breaks! I spent the cash on JKS quicker disconnects. Plus I have a early winter trip the 12th with my local wheelers.

My wife's step mom passed away

Sorry to hear that Lee, I was looking forward to seeing you again.

One day to go. I still need to hook my OBA back. Will be doing that tonight. Also need to get my junk packed up too. Should be a fun day.

Hopefully the rain will go away too. I think there was some rain in Hollister last night, so it may be a little wet. Weather report still shows clear skies and mild temps for tomorrow.

See you on the trail!

I'm putting together my 20 lbs CO2 tank. I just need to find the right extension piece for my regulator so I can hook it up to my hose and I should have air for us. Between all of us, I think we will have air to refill our tires. Just in case, is there a place to fill up your tires in Hollister? How about a water source to wash off your Jeep? I know PC has water, you just need to bring a hose. I don't need to draw anymore attention to my Jeep by flinging mud everywhere on my 170 mile trip back home.

Just to repost the plans for the day.

OK, here's the plan.

CH 32 on the CB

We'll meet at 10am at the obstacle course. We will be hitting the trail no later than 11am. If you aren't sure where the obstacle course is, make sure you get a park map when checking in at the ranger station.

Bring your own lunch. I will be bringing my BBQ if anyone is interested in using it.
