It sounds like fun, but I have a few Sierra trips to make up, so I'm headed that way.

Now, a night run there in a week or so has a good sound to it...

It get's pretty difficult to take the year round 60F - 80F spread, day in, and day out.

It's that black paint, keeps ya cool in the summer and invisable in the snow in the winter.

I just did Rubicon and Red Mountain and I need a one day trip with something interesting to provide my passengers (I will have jeep full of people) with an "interesting" ride and well... this qualifies

Yup, I"m all ready. Bought one of those $25 can's and topped off my ac
Well, I personally wouldn't need it, but I'll have passengers that I think would KILL me if it wasn't working Couple years back, as they started closing off Mojave (8 years ago? or so) I took my old XJ (2.8L) out there with no AC. It was a blast, although a wee bit on the warm side.

hey remi, it's a no go for me. looks i bent my d44 drivers side axel out on the bald mtn/red lake run. it definatley has a wobble at the flange. my new axels are on order but because superior is back ordered and has no plans to make another run of them soon i had to switch my order. new ones won't be in untill next week some time. have fun and stay cool
