Cabins??

Cabin 3 is a bigger nice cabin. I've stayed in that one too.

Let's just make a list of who is in what cabin.

Cabin #5 (Rooster's nest) 043500 and CABZ.

looks like I just got the last cabin, you guys are making me plan waaaaay to far in advance.

I hope this helps some folks who haven't been there before. This in no way to scale BUT if you google maps Harlan County Campground in conjunction with this you can figure out where you will be.

Drivers meetings etc were held (last year) just past the Ghost XJ.

Looks Like I will be hanging outon the porch of Linda's bear lodge as my cabin doesn't have a porch.....but will have a bathroom as of this winter (or so says Stephen).

How are the campsites? power? shade?

The primitive tent sites are the field. Probably my least favorite thing about the whole campsite, because the highway (2 lane) has some traffic at night and can annoy light sleepers. There are supposed to be primitive sites up the hill past the cabins but I don't know of anyone who has tried those. You would have much more seclusion if that is desired.

Come on over! Bring more beverages.

Is it July yet???

No kidding. I can't wait to party with my MWC peeps for a week.
