Replacement Fuel Injector Pigtails

Just thought I'd share my fix for the broken tabs on the fuel injectors for a 1999 Cherokee.
The sliding red tabs on almost all of mine broke so I was searching for a solution.
I bought these from amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CTMY1XRQ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title
That one came as a pack of 8, the clip design is better and simpler, just like a tab you push in instead of the factory sliding red thing.
The wire colors are kind of backwards. The black wire (one closest to the release tab) is the +12V wire from the ASD relay which is a green wire with orange stripe. The red wire on the new pigtail goes to the other wire. Solder, shrink wrap, tape, ect. These pigtails are much better.

I used non-pigtail connectors on my '87.

I'll look for the same install method for my '01 when the time comes. IF, that is; if they exist.

can you share your part link? or at least what brand for my 89 MJ?

The link is underlined in my post.
One nice thing is there are a several spares in the kit. Also, they come with new boots that when lubed will fit the existing wire sleeves. I use red rubber grease; it doesn't affect the rubber like Vaseline or silicone.
