Bumpstops on the cheap

I found a thread somewhere that was kinda the same but the person cut off the oem bump and welded the flat plate to where the oem bump was removed holding the prothane in place. Thats also my plan if I can find the damn thread again.

As of now I really dont see that being necessary. I want to weld a base just like the top that we made and screw the metal base to the coil bucket.
