Hahahahah. Nope. Wrong again. Rates will stay the same. This is an investment made by me to make my artwork even better.
It's simply something I wanted.
The client will get a better tattoo for the same rates.

I just stumbled onto this thread by chance... your work is really impressive Cody! I've got a piece in mind, that I promised I would get before I turn 30 (just over a year away!). I've got no pictures as I can't find anything similar, but this is the passage that is the inspiration:

"If you saw Atlas, the giant who holds the world on his shoulders, if you saw that he stood, blood running down his chest, his knees buckling, his arms trembling but still trying to hold the world aloft with the last of his strength, and the greater the effort the heavier the world bore down upon his shoulders—what would you tell him to do?"

"I…don't know. What…could he do? What would you tell him?"

"To shrug."

So, basically, I just want Atlas, struggling to hold the weight of the world upon his shoulders (not holding it up all effortlessly like in all the other depictions).

I'm going to want it pretty big too, like my whole side (though I'm a scrawny dude).

I'd love to take a little vacation to CO!

Ill stop in towards the beginning of April. Got my place and heading out in a few weeks. I was going to head down to CO Springs to look around (never been there). I dont mind a pretty good overhaul of it, has a decent skull with a US steel field helmet on it. Guy made a nice drawing but botched the flags blah.

Anyway, Ill stop in and see you and shoot you a PM to make sure you'll be around.

Got a couple updates.
I've started and been working on some big tattoos.
Started this one. Yet to finish.
Adding body and finishing head next session.

Worked on the lower portion of mikes sleeve.
Still have to add a lot of white highlights to the water.
Having a blast working on this one!

Started this one today. My 4th portrait.
Bob Marley sleeve, In progress.
Ran out of time today. Client had to leave to go to school. Can't wait to finish this one!!!
