Broke my 30

Broke it on the way back form wheeling. what the hell. Ring&pinion are trashed, along with the pass. side bub, driveshaft, and all the bearing in the diff. Oh well time to upgrade.

you can see how trashed the pinion bearing is in this picture.

The vent tube got tore off in a mud hole, and i didnt notice till it was too late.

And i did sell it. even like that, someone wanted it as a summer project. thats ok im gonn get another one a soon as i make up some debt

Did you get stuck in a mud puddle early in the trail, the break it?

I'm just glad that the couple of times I've gotten stuck in silty water I haven't had that happen. And I'm also glad that mine didn't look like that when I had to work on my 30. That looks nasty.
