Axle Trans T-Case swap

I have a 90 mj that I want to change over to pass drop so that I can run my full width 60 front and 14 rear. While doing this swap I want to change to an automatic. Engine is a 2.5l with ax4 and 231 currently. Any help would be greatly approciated

Will all the splines match up?

999, 727 or 904 should go on the 2.5 (i forget which), and all should go to a D300 easily (spacer/clocking ring and/or different input gear for the D300 should be the most you could possibly need)
