I just installed DDM Tuning's 55-Watt H4 Hi/Lo kit as well. Went with 4500k Bulbs though. They are a HUGE improvement over the aftermarket H4 bulbs and harness I had to begin with. No complaints from oncoming drivers.

Nice. The only vehicle that has flashed me was an Audi with HID's. :dunno:
I have started to notice this with other vehicles with HIDs... People flash their brights, I give them the brights in return...
Its like the Jeep wave sorta. :shocked:

Hmmm....... .the HID wave. You're onto something. The only problem is that all the non-factory HID cars around here have like 700000k HID's that piss me off! Stupid Ricers!
Well yea, I dont really care about the ricers. But other utility vehicles seem to do this to me. Like Pickup trucks and other SUVs.

I cannot stand Chevy/GMC trucks. Holy XXXX, who over at GM decided how to aim the headlights ? Even with an auto dimming rear view their lights are stupid.

personally, bmw's are the worst for me. so when people flash me about mine, i give em the rallye 4000's too =)

That little kick-up to light the shoulders of the road cannot be good for HID cutoff. This is precisely why people recommend the DOT approved stuff, and not Ecodes, correct?
Bimmers (aside from all the clowns in jacked up diesels with blue HID setups) are the worst around here. Real fun passing one of them on a black highway. Driving blind for 100 yards ftw!

Yeah I know. I am thinking of taking the reflectors out to see if that helps but once you guys give me some money to fix them I will. The Jeep budget is maxed out for a while. That glare is what gets me. the light output is great and the only time you notice that glare is when you are close to something. There is room for improvement for sure. Do you have a picture of what the IPF pattern looks like? I can't say I have seen the IPF's with HID's in them(i know they are out there but haven't seen a picture).
