weld up stock leaf spring plates. fit perfect. I've done it on 5 different axles. have to cut them up a bit sometimes.

That's a good idea ill have to do that. What do you think about stock 30 inner shafts? Strong enough for 35's locked?

Sorry to thread jack but ive been looking to get a locker for the front of my rig and im running something simular to the OP. Im running 33s w/ 4.56 on a hp d30 and stock shafts i think with a d44 w/ posi in the rear. I DD my rig and have been debating on going with an auto or selectible locker for he front.

Get an Aussie, its cheap. Re build kits are $20 plus shipping and they do good on steeet and dirt. I was looking at Arnold or electric locker. They're a buncha money.
