Anyone need a room to rent?

Hey everyone. Ive got my room for rent. Im moving to Seattle the last week of October so Im looking for someone to take my spot in the house. Private good sized bedroom. The house is located in Fossil Creek(76137) very close to the golf course. Quick access to 820 and 35w. The house is a 4/2/2. 2500sf. Big back yard. Garage parking for extra rent or driveway parking with plenty of parking for guests. Very modern house with lots of upgrades and a GREAT island kitchen. Has tons of counterspace and a gas stove top. Thats my favorite thig about the house. The two guys that live there are professionals and are 26 and 29 respectively. One works in finance and the other works from home with his production company. Both very entertaining and good guys. Have a foosball table in the house, so as long as your social, enjoy a drink now and again and can joke around youll probably fit in well.
