Let me know how that goes. I stupidly bought ten inch wide rims. They've been fine with my 33's but next is 35's and I'm not too confident in that bed at 10psi or less. I've been looking into the weld on locks.

Weld on beadlocks will make it wider, making the inner bead even more likely to come off.

Might want to start over with some 8 inch wheels

I stupidly bought ten inch wide rims.

I run 10" rims with 33s and don't expect to have any problems with 35s either. Granted I run 13.5 (14.5) wide Toyo M/Ts. I sit a little wide but it sure is stable, all things considered.
