I am coming up to the Denver area next weekend and my buddy who lives there was talking about going wheeling somewhere. I know down here everything is closed unless you drive 3hours to Moab but what's open in Denver area? Anyone want to go out and do some wheeling somewhere next weekend?

Three hours to Moab, You Wish. From Denver it takes around 5 hours.

Maybe we could get a group up and try Old Chinamans.

Hey Tom........... :twak:........ the dude lives in Durango - maybe 150-160 miles away.

:D

Kemosabe - Not alot of 'wheeling to be had around Denver. Only a few popular spots like Carnage canyon in Boulder and maybe Spring Creek up past Idaho Springs. Carnage might be passable now, but a week ago, someone here tried it and there was still too much snow toward the top. Spring Creek is most likely still covered in snow as well - I haven't heard if anyone's tried it yet.

Yeah, living down here Durango Tom! Which takes 3 hours... :)

Not looking for anything too difficult as I will have to drive the XJ back,
but would like to at least get out there.. I'll post up CO4x4 and see if
anyone is going out.
